1. Agreement

By using galkafarms.com or placing an order with Galka Farms LLC ("Galka Farms," "we," "us"), you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to place an order.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Fresh microgreens and fresh mushrooms are local-only (Atlanta-metro delivery). Freeze-dried items and powders ship nationwide via USPS/UPS.
Stock and availability change frequently. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be fulfilled.
If a price is listed in error, we will contact you before charging or shipping.

4. Orders and payment

Orders are confirmed only when payment is captured by Stripe and you receive an email receipt from info@galka.farm.
Payment is processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. We do not store your card data.
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including any taxes and shipping.

5. Shipping, returns, refunds

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Resell our products without a wholesale agreement
Use the site to harass, defraud, or break the law
Attempt to bypass security controls or scrape product data automatically

7. Intellectual property

All site content, logos, photos, and product descriptions are owned by Galka Farms LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not reuse them commercially without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

Our products are sold as food. They are not medical products and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a doctor before changing your diet, especially if you have allergies or medical conditions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Georgia law, Galka Farms LLC's total liability for any claim related to your order or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
