Perishable items (fresh mushrooms & microgreens)

All sales of fresh perishable produce are final. Because of food-safety and freshness concerns, we do not accept returns of fresh microgreens or fresh mushrooms.

If your fresh order arrives damaged, spoiled, or substantially below quality, email a photo to info@galka.farm as soon as you notice the issue (ideally within 24 hours of delivery), and we will work with you to resolve it (refund or replacement where appropriate).

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email info@galka.farm as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours of delivery). Include photos of the packaging and the item. We'll review and respond with a resolution — a refund or replacement where appropriate (processed via Stripe; banks typically post refunds within 5-10 business days).

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email us as quickly as possible. We can usually cancel any order that hasn't been packed yet. Once a label has been printed, you'll need to wait for delivery and then start a return.

Refund processing

Refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method. Most banks post the refund within 5-10 business days, though it can occasionally take longer.
