Returns & Refunds

Perishable items (fresh mushrooms & microgreens)
All sales of fresh perishable produce are final. Because of food-safety and freshness concerns, we do not accept returns of fresh microgreens or fresh mushrooms.
If your fresh order arrives damaged, spoiled, or substantially below quality, email a photo to info@galka.farm as soon as you notice the issue (ideally within 24 hours of delivery), and we will work with you to resolve it (refund or replacement where appropriate).
Shelf-stable items (freeze-dried & powders)
Unopened freeze-dried items and powders may be eligible for return — contact info@galka.farm within a reasonable time after delivery and we'll review your request.
To start a return:
- Email info@galka.farm with your order number and a photo of the unopened product.
- We'll reply with return instructions.
- Drop the package at any USPS location.
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed via Stripe; banks typically post them within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email info@galka.farm as soon as possible (ideally within 14 days). Include photos of the shipping box and the item. We'll review and respond with a resolution.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, email us as quickly as possible. We can usually cancel any order that hasn't been packed yet. Once a label has been printed, you'll need to wait for delivery and then start a return.
Refund processing
Refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method. Most banks post the refund within 5-10 business days, though it can occasionally take longer.
