Microgreens are young vegetable greens harvested 7-14 days after germination. Many varieties have a more concentrated flavor and color than the mature plant, and they come in a wide range of flavors — from mild and sweet (sunflower) to spicy and peppery (radish).

Fresh: Live-harvested microgreens best used within 5-7 days. Perfect for salads, garnishes, and sandwiches. Available for local delivery.
Freeze-Dried: Preserves color and flavor with a crunchy texture and long shelf life (12+ months). Great for snacking or trail mixes.
Powder: Freeze-dried and ground into a fine powder. Stir into smoothies, baking, soups, or sprinkle over finished dishes.

We are not USDA Certified Organic. We use organic seeds and growing media when available, and do not apply synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers. We follow our own quality standards.

Fresh: Keep refrigerated at 35-40°F. Store in the original container or an airtight container with a dry paper towel. Use within 5-7 days.
Freeze-Dried & Powders: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal the bag tightly after each use. Shelf life is 12-18 months.

Yes — all shelf-stable products (freeze-dried items, powders, freeze-dried candy) ship nationwide via USPS/UPS. Fresh mushrooms and microgreens are available for local delivery only in the Atlanta-metro area (Roswell, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, Atlanta core, Buckhead, East Cobb, Decatur, Dunwoody — full ZIP list at checkout).

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination via USPS. Local Atlanta delivery has a small per-order fee — see the local delivery page for details.

Local delivery: Fresh items are delivered on scheduled days each week. We confirm a delivery window with you after you submit a request.
Nationwide shipping: We aim to ship within a few business days of your order. USPS transit time varies by destination.

If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email info@galka.farm with photos as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery). We'll review and respond. Fresh perishable items cannot be returned. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Fresh Microgreens: 5 lbs/week
Fresh Mushrooms: 10 lbs/week

Yes! Approved wholesale customers can request product samples before committing to larger orders. Just mention it in your application or contact your account manager.

We're based in Atlanta, Georgia. Our growing facility uses controlled-environment agriculture to produce consistent, high-quality mushrooms and microgreens year-round regardless of weather conditions.
