Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Local Atlanta delivery has a per-order fee shown at checkout, within our service area (see the local delivery page for the ZIP-code list).
Processing time
We aim to pack and ship orders as soon as we reasonably can. USPS transit time varies by destination. For local Atlanta deliveries, we'll reach out to schedule once we receive your request.
Tracking
If a tracking number is available, we'll share it via email. You can also email info@galka.farm with your order number for an update.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, email info@galka.farm as soon as you can after the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue (replacement or refund where appropriate).
International orders
We do not currently ship outside the United States.
