This site, galkafarms.com, is operated by Galka Farms LLC (mailing address: 8735 Dunwoody Pl, Ste R, Atlanta, GA 30350). When this policy says "we," "us," or "Galka Farms," we mean Galka Farms LLC and its parent entity T. A. Wolfe Holdings LLC.

2. Information we collect

We collect three categories of data:

Information you give us when you order, contact us, sign up for our newsletter, or submit a wholesale inquiry: name, email, shipping/billing address, phone number, and order details.
Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your full card number — Stripe sends us only a payment confirmation and the last 4 digits.
Automatic data: standard web logs (IP address, browser, referring page), used only for security, fraud prevention, and aggregate site analytics.

To process and ship your orders
To send order confirmation, shipment, and delivery emails
To respond to your messages and wholesale inquiries
To send marketing emails only if you opt in via the newsletter form
To comply with tax and legal obligations

4. Who we share data with

We share the minimum data required to fulfill your order:

Stripe — payment processing
Shippo, USPS, UPS, FedEx — shipping label generation and tracking
Hostinger / Titan Email — site hosting and transactional email delivery
Mailchimp (if you opt in to newsletter only)

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies for cart persistence and Stripe Checkout. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies at this time.

6. Your choices

Email us at info@galka.farm to: request a copy of your data, correct errors, or delete your account.
Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email footer.

7. Children

Our site is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

We will post an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we change anything material.
